TRS’s Core Values

Agility: The ability, humility, and desire to learn, adapt, and change. There's always room for improvement and growth. This means new and improved offerings for our customers, continuous improvement of our processes, and the professional and personal improvement of our team members. It might be messy along the way, but true agility shines through as growth over time.

Team: Leave your ego at the door, because we don’t have room for it here. We’re a team of individuals that looks for ways to multiply the efforts of those around us. Team means helping others when they need a hand, providing honest challenging feedback, holding each other accountable, and sharing the spotlight. We’re in this together, and when we win, we all win together.

Ownership: An owner takes accountability for their actions as well as the impact of their actions, and owners take pride in everything they do whether it’s repairing turbines, finding a new customer, getting invoices paid, creating new work scopes, or improving the organizational process. Nothing happens unless somebody makes it happen, and owners make things happen.
